Got permission from a co-worker to do one of his rental properties, built in the '30s. Not super old, but hey, it was a place to hunt. Found 4-5 Wheaties and the usual clad. Plus a pretty cool VFW "coin" from Christmas of 1933.
Anyway, called my co-worker to let him know what I found, and he told me he had just talked with the lady who lives across the street and she was concerned that someone was digging up his yard. He ended up vouching for me and getting me permission to detect one of her rental homes, built in the 1890's. Her yard was amazing! Barely any clad, and almost every signal was a coin, not a lot of trash. Found a lot of Wheaties, an 1881 Indian, and two Barber Dimes, 1899, and 1914. I'm going to go back on Friday and see if I can pull anything else.
The best thing about this whole day was that I had someone else get the permission for me! And I may get a couple of other homes in the neighborhood out of it. Thanks for looking!

Congrats on some nice finds and permission

Nice score on the barbers dimes.

Nice job! I've noticed sometimes that after a person gets over their initial "what do you think you're doing!?", they actually start to think "hmm, that's sort of cool, I wonder what they find?", and grant permission.

Nice coin shooting! Congratualtions on the coins and multiple permissions.
