Ordered a 30" Sniper Bazooka Gold Trap Sluice Box

I ordered a 30" Bazooka sluice box from Bazooka Gold Company. Paid $184.00 for the sluice plus shipping and handling. So far, the money was taken out of my account on 3/18 and I have not received any further communication from that company. I have since read a few negative complaints and wondered if the Bazooka Gold Company is still in operation or are they just taking funds. I called and left a message and emailed them twice to communicate with me. I realize it has only been 10 days, but as a first timer in this adventure of gold prospecting, I am anxious about money spending. Could you help? I need to know if they are still operating, etc. Thanks.
