With a great view like that, no wonder Mattie's ears were perked up ;D.

Great image,
watercolor

I could sit there and look at that all day long, especially if I had my camera with me. :) You and Mattie must have a great time together.

That is some beautiful country!!!!

So much to see in this great Country and so little time to do it :-\

Oooooh, how lovely. I wanna be there!

Mattie Ross, huh? Like from True Grit?

Thanks TT,

Yes Mattie Ross from Tue Grit. Here is a pic of her sister Grace taken the same day. Named for Miss Gracie in Seargent York. I think I may have named her wrong. They are both from the same litter but something seems to have gone haywire. She's about twice as big as her sister. Sometimes I think she's half potbellied pig. :D

OUCH! That seat has got to hurt. :D She looks somewhat Rottweiler (sp?) to me. Hope your pooches are friendly...in case we ever accidentally meet in the High Desert. ;)

Do you ever go to Lake Abert and the Abert Rim? Interesting area. Then there's Wagontire - population: 2. http://www.harneycounty.org/Wagontire.htm

More pix of Eastern Oregon would be appreciated.

Pretty as a picture...I wish I could see it in person.

;) RR

Welcome, & beautiful pic,

Fossis...........

It looks like a beautiful painting...how wonderful to be able to see that every day .
