that arm band is in remarkable condition for being so old.

Was it put away for 60 years and only now re-found?? Or what is the story?

Hi Sanat,
I don't really know.These items come and go all over Europe.I have a friend
in England
and I ask him whenever I have some doubt. This arm band is in a very good
condition but one realizes the stuff is very old.Sometimes these items were
preserved in army depots for years,therefore its amazing condition.
