me desculpe pela escrita em portugues pois sei muito pouco em ingles. aqui no brasil nao temos forum de de detectoristas .
o hobby nao tao difundido como em outros paises. tenho este forum como o melhor entre outros na qual tambem sou registrado.
com certeza daqui vou tirar tudo que os mais experientes tem a passar aos novatos .
todos os dias estou lendo os topico e pegando dicas.
mais uma vez desculpe pelo portugue. irei me limitar em somente ler para nao causar trasntornos ao forum.

There are some translation apps available which might help you communicate a little better, but be forewarned, you might come out sayin 'I spank the family dog nightly before brushing the cat's teeth with brisk motion'. A quick question about language. I am in a very diverse area. My wife is a Mexican national. About public transportation, specifically the bus. Spanish speakers call it 'el autobus'. We call it 'el camion'. I have heard Portuguese speakers call it 'Waa-waa'. Why is that? Adios, y buena suerte amigo!

bien yo voi citar poquitas cosas ate yo encontrar uno aplicativo.
no existe waa-waa. o que puede acontecer del ciertas rigion ou provincia del brasil dar apelido,giria. aqui no brasil tem muito isso.
exemplo: ONIBUS ( correto ) tem gente chama de ´´BUZUM, BANZO, HUMILHANTE, entonces hablo a voce que no existe waa-waa o nombre es onibus.
ate a proxima, volto com uma comunicaçao melhor. muy grato y me perdona los transtorno.

Jajaja! That's good, no existe 'waa-waa'! The reason I ask is because we had a guy who spoke Portuguese who ran up to the bus stop and asked us all 'A k hora Waa-waa? Quando llegas?' We were all like 'k, k, what? Que es waa-waa?' He could have been someone from the rural part of the country and indigenous, so he would have a different name for it. It was funny cause we call it that now sometimes. Go to Google and they have some translation applications. Babelfish on Altavista, etc. Portuguese is hard to understand, and then our English and Spanish ain't perfect either. Es bueno hablar con tu, Adios mi amigo!

They call em wa-wa down on the island of Cuba also, I rode on them there.
