I'd say its a Mid Century chair, kinda has a Heywood-wakefield look, but not sure if they used metal, I'd look for a mid century furniture website maybe a forum, better luck there...

Welcome to Tnet.

Looks to be the same as this one, offered on 'Wistle' in New Zealand for the equivalent of $109, which seems pretty steep to me. The maker was not known.

You'll see similar designs from a number of makers, including Philippe Starck's 'Olly Tango' by Driade of Aleph of Italy from the 1990s, but even designer chairs like that wouldn't fetch as much as $100 per chair.
