Got out with a 11in x35 I bought and hit the sports fields. I’m glad that the VDI numbers don’t change with switching coils “my ORX came with the HF 9 elliptical “ . I wanted a big coil for sweeping the sport fields and beaches when I go.
Ran in fast setting , Reactivity 2, 25khz. The big coil still hammers the jewelry and small stuff.

Nice! Is it 10k? Orx is a great machine. I’ve only found 2 gold rings since I bought it 2 yrs ago, one a 14k and a small 10k. It hits hard on gold. Can’t wait to get the Deus 2.

The ORX is a beast on rings if you run 30 - 54khz, but in my area trashy parks and ball diamonds. I have to mentally commit myself to digging all the foil and pull tabs. If I have the right mindset I can usually find a ring for every 200-300 pieces of trash I dig. That's a real nice ring you found there. I debated getting the large coil I just hate that extra coils cost so darn much for the XP machines.
