We stopped by our old farm permission after sitting with the grandkids for a couple hours. We hadn't been back there since Bob dug the artillery shell. We weren't finding too much of interest. Then Bob hit it big on the way back to the truck! He showed me the back first and then turned it over! My jaw dropped!

From what I found you are right! 1820-1830. We thought CW and was very surprised it was PRE-CW.

No. We got it at the park around the holiday weekend. Got 3 of them that week. Just used it for size. It's a small button but a nice one!
