Out Digging Again.. Another possible old CW bullet?

Had to get out of that heat this midday,, went out this evening for about an hour an dug this bullet down in about 4 inches of rock... that took some serious time

what yall think..

Edit.. the bottom of the bullet isnt flat its on a slight grade... and the groove around the bottom is wider in some areas and doesnt go all the way around it. about a 3/16 to 1/4 inch gap in the grooving, as seen in the top right photo, hope this helps
