out for the first time in ages

this is gonna start me off on an incredible journey Im sure. Yesterday I was out on a field I had previously dectected on before the season started. Now its grassed over leaving just a fringe to detect on. However I was detecting along this fringe and felt a feeling of ' back in buisness ' if you know what i mean. I found a piece of lead and a victorian farthing by the way. My detecting exploits will appear on this topic as they happen.
