Outer Banks Beaches

Leaving in the morning from the Land of Lincoln to the Outer Banks for a vacation. Wanting to do some beach detecting with my Tesoro Sand Shark. Will be staying in Duck NC. Any good locations in that area that might be good to detect? Hope the weather will be good. Any info will sure help.

Cape Hatteras National Seashore/Park to your south, stay out of there with a detector. North I don,t know. Find out who patrols the beach. A quick phone call should get your answer. Good luck.
