Pa. suspects soaked trying to steal working pipes

AMBRIDGE, Pa. (AP) -- Two western Pennsylvania residents need attorneys and, perhaps, a plumber. Police in Ambridge said they arrested 32-year-old man and a 33-year-old woman after the couple were seen standing - soaking wet - in an alley about 1 a.m. Wednesday.
