PA winter be gone

Now that old man winter is finally letting go, the PA soil is great for digging. I had a Nice Easter morning treasure hunt at an old home site. 1902 Indian head cent looks like it came from the bank and was dropped same day, beautiful details. Old crotal bell, silver peace necklace, some common coinage and a bunch of other whatsits. Happy easter everyone!

Yea AMEN and GOODBYE to winter. I too was out Easter Sunday and Holy Thursday for the first times this year. Managed a lot of clad and about 3 wheats, but no silver yet. I'm just happy to get out.

Nice haul and a great looking indian! got about 2 inches here this morning but its almost gone now. Mi bum and myself checked out a cornfield yesterday in Lawrenceville Pa, not much to speak to though- wont be going back to that one! Still frozen in woods yet, but should be good this next weekend. Congrats!!

Great looking IH and Sweet Crotal bell, those Crotal bells are one of my favorites.
