park finds silver half another ring ,an band metal

hello, didnt have much time so i hit a local park ,got a couple hours in an found a 1966 half ,a band metal its my fourth one this year,an some clad an a ring ,looks ok but missing the center stone,it reads 1/30 -14k-r.g.p. any ideas on all that, thanks for looking,
