Park finds

Hi all, so finally got out to a local park when it wasn't sweltering but still had to stay in the shady areas....
Killed it on the pennies, the dog tag says Milkbone on the front with the name of a dog named Jake with the owners name from Turtletown, Tn.
The bent over shell casing is a 45 caliber with WOC stamped on it. Anyone ever seen the Beware of Penguins cap? Figure a local school?
