Part of round brass disc anchor and holes?

Found this last weekend at a late 19th century home. Appears to be part of something round. I can make out the bottom of what I believe to be an anchor. It is stamped. Any help would be great, I know it's not much to work with! Thanks & HH!

Nope, it's really thin, brittle brass
