Three guys are out on deer hunting trip. They agree that they should split up to cover more ground and to meet, at noon, at the top of a particular hilltop. Around noon Jim started up the hill to meet the others. When he gets to the top of the hill, he is astonished at the goings on. Here are the other two guys, one of them bent over a downed tree, and the other just having his way with him. "What in the hell is going on?" shouted Jim. "Bill had a heart attack and I was giving him first aid" replied Dave. "That's not how you give first aid to a heart attack victim dammit, you give them mouth-to-mouth!" Dave replied, "How do you think all of this got started in the first place?"
