6 months ago I left my number at a currency exchange place at the mall saying if someone came with old foreign stuff to call me. Yesterday I got a call from someone who tried to exchange old coins there and asked if I would be interested. We got together and I looked at what he had. I paid $20 for the lot and ended up with:
17: Pre 1967 Canadian Quarters
10: Pre 1967 Canadian Dimes
2: 1968 Silver Canadian Quarters (magnet tested)
1: 1968 Silver Canadian Dime (magnet tested)
1: 1963 Mexican Silver Peso ($8 worth of silver give or take)
A whole box full of cool foreign coins.
All in all, nearly $130 worth of silver for $20. Not a bad day
