Paw print mint mark ?

I've looked high & low with no luck.Is this "paw print" a Mint mark ? And if so, who's Thanks.

those are my paw prints trying to grab it from the picture lol cant help with Id but I know there are many many marks put on thise

I am even more convinced that it is an abnormality... and NOT a "mark".

Sorry RTR... I know you really want it to be a mark... but is in fact not.

So... what are your "concerns" on this ? ? ?

First... what is it supposed / you believe it to be ? ? ? OR were told it was ?
