Penny cache and 4 leaf clover

Just had to satisfy the need to detect today so went to the back yard. I had not had much luck but hate getting skunked so I kept swinging. Got a strong penny signal and probed to find the coin. The yard was so dry decided to cut a flap and lifted it over and saw multiple coins. Must have done the happy dance and caught my sons attention. By the time we dug the first 20 coins out I checked the hole again while my son picked the four leaf clover near the spot. The second check of the hole still gave a strong signal so we kept digging. This one hole netted us 48 pennies. All of them were memorials but still the most ever for me from one hole.

I figured there must be 2 more in there somewhere but it was not to be. While looking for two more coins found the broken sterling spoon. This satisfied my detecting need for the day but now I need to go swinging again soon.
