I don't see anything in these 2 photos that looks like Arabic writing, but there are a few figures that MIGHT be attempts at carving some Egyptian heirogliphic symbols. Three or four thousand years ago, a pharoah caused his armies to go out and conquer many lands to the East and North, but I don't know if they got as far as what is today, Turkey. Maybe, that would be something you could research. If your research says that the Egyptians did get to that area, then research their symbols and writings. Egyptians were pretty active in leaving their "mark" in the lands they conquered. These stones MIGHT be a pharoah's "bragging stones". I can't remember the name those stones are actually called.
