Petrified Wood in my yard. Western Pennsylvania

I am finding petrified wood all through my yard. I have found two pieces one about 15lbs and the other around 8lbs. How rare is this find in PA? Also, how can i tell how old it is?

yes i do i posted another the petrified wood is really grainy but my bad camera will not show it. I will have better pictures soon.

What part of Western PA you from?
