Pewter spoon with Anchor mark

Hello -

I have a pewter spoon with an anchor mark on the back of the handle. Can anyone give me and idea of origin, manufacture date, and value range.

Anchor stamp has been seen on pewter flatware made in France. Hard to date for sure but looks to be early 19thC.
