picked up these 18k rings but what do these marks mean?

found these 2 rings 1 yellow gold and one white gold? stamped 750 for a whopping $3 total, but what do the other stamps mean? thanks for your help

I think they are Italian marks that ID the maker. VI is for Vicenza, which is where it was made. 223 would ID the jeweler (at least on the yellow gold ring) . I'm not sure on the white gold, mark looks to be 22 RV?

Ok, looking at it and adjusting the color, I think the white gold ring is marked 22 TV. That would be Treviso according to the chart here:
