Blend the following:
2 oz Cranberry Juice (for color)
6 oz Sauerkraut Juice
2 oz Vodka
1/2 teaspoon of vermouth
dash of bitters
Place in a food blender with ice.
Pour into a Margareta glass with a squeezed lime (celery stalk optional)
Salted the rim (wet rim with lime and dip into a shallow dish of kosher salt)
Drink and enjoy.
