At least that is what my wife thinks. Put the pill in the small side and chug it down??? :dontknow: The bottle (more like a jar) has a separate compartment built into it with a glass divider made into it. I have never seen anything like it before. I am in no way a bottle expert!!! But I found this today at a bottle dump I came across. Nothing too old, seemed like they all had twist tops. If that is an indication of age? Just curious about this one.
Thanks for any info you may have.
HH,
Bunker

Scrips ink bottle. 1940s t0 early 50s. Most have Scrips Ink on bottom.

Thanks Bottles10, I had to put my metal detector down when I found the dump. Might have to go check it out again sometime. The bottom has PAT D1759866 along one side with a 1 with a circle around it just above it.
Appreciate it,

I can remember using such an ink bottle in the late 1950s. I think these ink bottles with the ink-well were used into the 1960s until fountain pens were generally replaced by ballpoint pens.

Thanks Don, neat info there!
Harry, that may have been a good thing :laughing7:
Thanks everyone for your input!
