Pin, Toy, Gamepiece? What is this part to?

I found this small tin or aluminum like toy or Gamepiece. It appears to be a monkey in some sort of car or wagon. The back looks like it came off something. Anyone know what this is? Part to a pin maybe.

Cracker Jack Prize Look'n back I can't ever think of one CJ prize that ever delighted me. When I got to it, I always felt ripped off with my candy, coated popcorn, peanuts and a prize. I got so much more out of a chunk of Bazooka Gum and a little comic all for a nickle.
