Pinpoint volume on the F19

Does anyone know how to adjust the volume of the pinpoint sound on the F19? No matter what value I set the target sound on, the pinpoint sound when I try to pinpoint is so loud that it hurts my ears. I can't figure out how to adjust it. Any ideas? Thanks.

It is not adjustable. It uses max volume.

Tried that but it reduces the signal volume at the same time.
