Pirate buckle

i have found a buckle. dated 1759 with co-ordinates on it. have seen one the same on this site. any ideas?

The coordinates indicate a point south of the city of Scarborough off the coast of Tobago. a ship sinking site perhaps? check the date to see if any english ships sunk in that year/location

according to the first post regarding a similar one. it was found on the english coastline at Cornwall
