Went to the burg for a family graduation and my FAther in law wanted to head to estate sale to pick up a shovel that he had seen online. I was more than happy to oblige him. I spent $36 and picked up 3 ozt of Sterling, a pendant watch and several signed designer gold filled jewelry pieces. At the second estate sale I did even better. I got five Troy ounces of sterling flatware for three dollars and two great watches. One is a Hamilton vantage dive watch in working condition and the other is a Rado Manhattan watch. Unfortunately I think I left the rado at the hotel and am hoping for a call back that they found it. I had $20 in on the watches. I also got a 2.5 g 10 karat gold fraternity pin mounted on a gold filled Tie clasp for $14.

I've then managed to stop by trader jacks flea market and picked up two watches, 14kt ear ring (.6g) and a 12kt gold filled watchchain for $15. One watch is a Skagen and the other is a sterling one. Both work. I got to say I think I like Pittsburgh a lot. Not the Rado watch noo! That's probably the best thing! Hopefully you get it back... they sell for quite a bit on ebay

I grew up two hours north of there. I haven't been back to much in the last 10 years but I would love to go picking up there. Some nice stuff I would say! Doublecheck that college that tiebar you have. They can pull some serious returns. A lot of history up there. We've considered moving back home however the mayor of the town I lived in decided he might shut down all the high schools so we will probably never go back. Oh and I hate snow.

Those are some great picks!! Well done.

Our politicians are really making a mess of things. Actually the area has really seems to be doing well. Besides that the picking is pretty good but the snow is a killer.
