The tan part seems like hardened putty maybe....the claw part maybe hard plastic

It's a beer bottle cap typically used on glass bottles.
Still in production today.

Is it made of metal, plastic, bone, plaster or concrete... details cdick.

yes indeed, i have burned a lot of those in my kiln, that's a cone for sure.
