Please help Identify My Button!

Found it here in the UK, with my Equinox, approx 8" deep in pasture.

It rings up as a solid and stable 26-29 on the Equinox.

really would appreciate some help guys.

It rings up nice and loud with a solid 28 on the display of the Nox.
