Some history:
Aladdin’s Castle started life as “American Amusements Inc.” founded by Jules Millman in Chicago. It was bought by Bally in 1974, who ran it as a subsidiary and changed the name to “Aladdin’s Castle”. They expanded to 221 locations in 41 states by 1980, peaked at around 400 locations in 1982 and then went into sharp decline as the video game industry collapsed in general. Sold to Namco in 1993 who merged it with their existing operations to form Namco Cybertainment.
