Please Help Me Identify This

Hi there, any info on this would be very much appreciated. This coin was found probably 50 years ago by my father in a backyard, he found a pot, with coins in it. That is the story I remember, I don’t know what happened with the pot and the rest of the coins. And that was in Croatia.
