please help me with this woods find

I found this last night and I cleaned it up the back is lead and the front is something else like brass or bronze with a design on it. The back has 2 clasp looking things like it might have been a belt clasp? It measures 1.5 inches diameter any information would be appreciated thanks for looking and HH

Just a guess... Looks like a brooch with the stick pin missing... older "costume" jewelry piece... plated and plating is now gone.
