WHAT is this and where is it from? I found it today at a ballpark by the b-ball court. It was close to a half centavo from FILIPINAS dated 1903. Great find I think. Just need to know what this coin is and any help would be great.

Wayne, if you could take a pic from straight on (so I can read all the dates and stuff), I can check my Japanese red book and give you a value. There are a few key dates with that coin I think.
