Looks modern battery operated? if so $12.00 at a local flea market if it works...

Looks like something from the late 70's or early 80's. I think they are mechanical movements but dont have much value nonetheless. I would imagine $10-$20 depending on the market and how you advertise the item. giving it a good buff would never hurt.
