I met an elderly man recently, who lived in Colorado in the 60's and 70's while in the military.
He had a decent small collection of relics he had collected back then.
He had this point. What kind of point is this? Under magnification it appears to be authentic.
it is approximately one inch in length

Looks like a huffaker with exaggerated features?I think overstreet describes them as side notched with one large notch and one smaller notch on each side and sometimes one at the base… or something to that effect… similar to this

That's really cool. Almost looks like some kind of a Toyah or a White Mountain from New Mexico.
