Poor Franklin roosevelt! Unique silver dime found today.

Found this while hunting a yard permission. Looks like somebody was not so impressed with president roosevelt! First time I have found an older coin that has been altered like this.

Does it say “liar” on his neck? Somebody really didn’t like Roosevelt. A silver is a silver though.
