✅ SOLVED possible bullet?

Found this metal detecting. My first thought was a bullet but not sure (I'm new to metal detecting). It doesn't seem to be magnetic and if it is its very very faint. If it is a bullet, what type? I couldn't really get any close up good pictures but if you could identify it that'd be great. (the penny was for size comparison).
