Found yesterday in north central Massachusetts,at 1800s farm field area.Appears silver plated at one time.Thought button but havent dug one this shape before unless it was a smaller cufflink, diggin buddy thinks it is a cufflink.Has some markings on the back but can tell if I try to clean any better the detail will be ruined.Any thoughts?

Congrats.
