Possible Dime Error?

A few weeks ago, I posted a possible dime error on another one of the T-Net's categories. One individual stated that it looked like it was a postmint marking made with a tool. Another one stated (without the pics) it could be a die clash error.

Here are the best pics I could possibly take (or a friend took them for me).

Is it postmint? Maybe too hard to tell.

Post-mint. Just looks like a lot of wear.

Definitely post mint damage, it appears someone did a "hammer job", putting two coins together and hammering or squeezing them together.
