Possible Nickel Error?

hi everyone. been rolling for a while just dont post much. i am on tn daily though to keep up on the reading. i definitely learned alot over the last year or so since reading ths forum. hats off to everybody. well onto my purpose here today. i just found this in my box. i was wondering if anyone knows if its two diiferent mint marks or just a glob of extra metal. if it is an error, any idea the value? thanks jon
