Yeah the site where I found it was early 1900's. Yes, I tried to bend it back into place....Should have never touched it.

I have had several older silver rings break on me while trying to straighten them as well. Also my wife dropped a 10k class ring from 1918 on the kitchen floor and it broke in half. Whatever they added to the gold and silver did not age very well.
