Toy stein I'd think.

I figured most people would think that....that's why I included many photos. The "hinge" part had a steel/iron pin that went through it....it must have hinged onto something but not sure what? Mind you maybe it was for the lid of the stein....interesting.....hmmmm.

A World War I or II era camp? Either way, its a beer stein and I bet it came from a German POW.

WW2 supposedly but I'm still doing the leg work to prove it.
