HELLO!! . . . . Anyone know what the heck this is? I dug it today at a public park in Harrisburg Oregon.
Solid cooper nail that is about 3 inches long with what I thought was a washer, but is actually a tag thingy! The tag reads P. P. & L. Co. / 40 FT . . . about 25 millimeters in diameter.
