Pretty non descript bottle from yesterday

Here are a few pictures.A Facebook friend of my husbands described this as a crown top bottle.It was dug in what we think could be the top of a trash pit.It is 9 3/4 inches long.The houses were built in the 20's but the area is very old(by Tennessee standards anyway)Wondering if it could be a mineral water bottle? It does have 30 S on the base as well as two lines side by side on the bottom as you can see.

Early ABM crown top. With no embossing, hard to tell what it really is. I would guess beer.
