Indian and a barber playing in the same yard

Had a decent dig for a quick hunt. Both the Indian and the Barber were pretty deep. You can hear/see it in the vid. This was one of those hunts that had two or three nice finds and a bunch of modern clad all over the top. PS this was shot in October or September so thats why theres no snow.

Dreaming of spring,

Nice, Reminds me of the time last year that I found a 1906-O Barber dime 3 feet from my friend who was digging junk. I literally set my CTX down and was watching him dig and it was screaming at me. I didn't even swing over the dime, just put the detector down and it was under the coil, and it was the only silver we found in that field.

It was in nice shape too. He spent the rest of the day telling me to get away from him because I was digging up all his coins.

Pretty coins,congrats!

These came out of the back yard. Didn't get 'em on video 'cause Tones was hogging the camera. :occasion14:IMG_20131010_220504_133.webpIMG_20131010_220559_110.webp

We need more cameras!

You all live in Idaho?

I lived there about 12 years ago in southern Idaho close to Pocatello but I was in hiatus with the detecting during that time. Darn it.

Great video as always, great finds!

Yep, Been here all my life. Tones in a transplant but that's ok, we'll let him stay. Idaho is a fairly new state by many standards and real old finds can be challenging so when we do find locations with old finds it's exciting.

Cool Video, and really nice coins! :icon_thumleft:
