Previous buckle finds (non-military)

Today we just got about 8" of snow in my area, so I thought I would post some of my previous finds. I did get out a few times this year but not much luck ( a few wheatbacks ). Thanks for looking.

Nice buckles Tom. I just posted a buckle in the what is it section. It looks like the buckle in your second pic up at the top. I thought it was a shoe buckle. Its probably a horse saddle buckle.

Thanks for all your comments !! It's always definitely a treat to find a buckle or two, Good luck to all in "2009".

Does anybody know of something I can coat them with to preserve them, that's not too expensive ? Thanks in advance.
