Prizm3

I'm having trouble with my whites prizm3. It will turn on only to have the lcd turn off seconds later. Although some of the time if I hit any button I can still hear the sound. Any ideas?

1st - I noticed this was your very first post - so, Welcome Aboard! You didn't list your state (or country) in your profile. So, you might consider jumping over to Sub-Forums: Select Your Area.... and selecting location information (i.e., clubs, hunts, finds, legends, maps, etc.) directly related to your state (or country).

2nd - I searched Google and found a possible fix...

1. Install new batteries


2. Turn ON, wait for MAIN MENU to appear


3. Open battery door and remove battery while detector is still ON


4. Wait one minute, reinstall battery, turn detector ON and check for proper operation"​
